Envy Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately experience has shown that Envy now need to define a clear cancellation policy with our clients

As such 24 hours notice* is required to change or cancel any appointment at Envy Hair and Beauty

This gives us the opportunity to reallocate your appointment to another client

Failure to give 24 hours notice, being late or indeed not turning up at your allotted time will result in you being charged 50% of the full applicable charge of any service booked (we do not take into consideration offer prices)

If you have paid a deposit this will be used to pay these charges If no deposit was paid this will be charged at your next appointment and added to your bill or knocked off any vouchers being used

*Hair extensions appointments requires at least 48 hours notice due to the appointment time frame involved

When booking any appointment at Envy You are accepting this appointment / cancellation policy
